Fitton Green
One of our staff's favorite places to run,
the 308-acre natural area is located just a three miles north west of downtown Corvallis.
Open to the public since 2003, the area is named after Elsie Fitton Ross (Fitton is her maiden name), who, along with her husband, Charles Ross, and in partnership with the Greenbelt Land Trust, helped fund the acquisition of this resource.
The three trailhead and access points, as indicated in the map below, connect nearly 10 miles of scenic running trails. Additionally, the Mulkey Ridge Trail will connect you to the Bald Hill/Oak Creek trailheads!
